I mentioned this on Discord, but wanted to disclose some Quality of Life updates I have added to the website over the last few days. Some of the features are very minor but will hopefully improve your experience.
Dynamic Non Recurring Membership Duration
Probably by far the biggest update is the ability to purchase multiple months when subscribing to one of my nonrecurring memberships. If you choose either the Supporter and Superstar nonrecurring subscriptions, you now have the choice of purchasing 1, 3 or 6 months at once. This allows you to purchase multiple months in one shot without needing to worry about eventually cancelling a recurring payment. There is a very minor discount for those who choose multiple months.
Favorites
Another commonly requested feature I have added is the ability to add favorites. Subscribed members can now click a ‘Favorite’ button at the bottom of their favorite chapters. These favorites can be found in the Membership tab of the navigation menu.
Manage Subscriptions at PayPal
A small QoL addition. PayPal manages all recurring subscriptions. If you click the cancel button in the Account tab, it will cancel your subscription and send a message to Paypal to stop the payments. Alternatively, you can halt the subscription on your Paypal account directly. I have added a button in the Membership tab which will take you directly to your Paypal subscriptions menu. This also helps you to change a payment method within the subscription, too.
Approximate Local Pricing
Whilst my membership plugin doesn’t allow local pricing, I have added a line of text in the membership confirmation page informing you of the approximate cost in your local currency. While Paypal make the final conversion, this will give you an idea of how much a membership will cost you in your local currency.
