I plan to create a survey every year so I can analyze what my readers enjoy and want to see more of, and what they think of my stories as a whole.

Participation is completely voluntary, and open to all. I have created it in Google Forms. It will ask for your email address, but I have only included that to limit the survey to one response per person, and to filter out any spam responses.
